  • HEALTHeWV Program : HEALTHeWV Program HEALTHeWV is a congressionally sponsored program supported by the National Technology Transfer Center at Wheeling Jesuit University and HEALTHeSTATE, LLC. HEALTHeWV is an electronic health records-based disease management and health promotion program designed to improve health care quality, patient outcomes, and patient safety. It is a Web-based electronic medical records system built upon the Army’s award-winning HEALTHeFORCES program; it has been adapted for use in medically underserved, rural communities in West Virginia.
