Sign up for WVHIN Services

Becoming a WVHIN participant is simple and easy. The WVHIN requires a few forms and agreements to be completed and submitted before the connection process begins. Once the agreements are submitted, the WVHIN staff will review and be in contact to discuss details and the connection process. Also the WVHIN can assist your organization in determining its Participant Type(s) and advise your organization on which forms must be completed. To get started, continue to read on.

The First Step: No matter your participant type, all participants must complete and sign the WVHIN Participation Agreement. See link below.
