WVHIN Board
The network is managed and operated by a board of directors consisting of seventeen members. Members consist of educators, government officials, business leaders, legal experts, and physicians. Twelve members are appointed legislatively in regard to their employed positions, with five members of the public which are appointed by the Governor to serve a maximum of two four years terms.
